First, I'd like to thank all of the users that have submitted and answered questions regarding the Canon G9 X. I was in the market for a point and shoot replacement for my Canon S100 and all the talk here on the forum helped me to make an informed decision when I ordered the camera last week. It just came today, and wow what a nice looking camera. I haven't played around with it much, but in my brief time with it so far, I've noticed something that I'm worried about. When I move the camera around, I can hear a rattle. It's most pronounced when I turn the camera upside down. Also, I can hear it best when I have my ear up to the front part of the camera. It sounds like loose components, or some part of the camera shifting (perhaps the lense cover panels?). Is this normal? Should I be worried, and perhaps call Canon? As a comparison, I tried rotating/turning my S100 close to my ear and did not hear any audible rattle or shifting noise.
